I guess one of my third-gen-owning friends was right - most of the third gen forum is useless. Everybody's worried about nontechnical bunk.
From a separate thread in the forum, I am informed that the Stock FD pump is ~210, whereas the Walbro pump is 255. Can anyone confirm this?

The stock fuel pump is fine for the stock fuel system. You shouldn't need to upgrade it unless you are upgrading your injectors.
Your numbers are about right for the stock pump, but I personally wouldn't upgrade to a Walbro. I have heard a lot of stories of them failing when you need them the most.

The upgraded Denso/Supra pump flows about 260.

Well, I'd be using the FD Pump in a TII, if I use it at all...with 720/1680 injectors, shooting for about 350 at the wheels. That's probably close to maxing out the FD pump, don't you guys think?

yeah when you really have a serious question after doing your own research the forum is useless.
They know how to tell you to change your spark plugs and take off the uim but it stops right there. The people that know are too bored of working on their own car to reply.
I don't know what the stock pump flows but you can pick up a used supra pump for cheap and they use those for up to 500rwhp so you should be fine.
I sold my pump to a fc guy I guess he was doing something similar to you. Stay away from the walbro it's cheap for a reason.
