It is just to show the glass. The rear window has a similar line. Seems unnecessary but I guess a better way to make the glass noticeable rather than just a straight line.

i will also point out that the alternator/wp belt only does those two components when in real life it actually does the smog pump and power steering....you can clearly see it doesn't cross over to the power steering

I guess my FD is wrong also....

My power steering is driven by the main pulley and connects with the A/C pulley NOT with the alternator/wp pulley..

Unhappy

Thanks for all of your replies! Any of you with prepped motor/turbos still running with the stock rear end? My mechanic in Texas (Rotary Performance) advised me strongly to not put 400+ Hp through the stock rear end. I decided that since I wasn't running the quarter mile all the time, that I could get along. Well, late one evening, my HS buddies and I were shooting pool and drinking beer. It was getting late, so I started to head out. One of my buddies asked me to drive around the block, and to let them hear my car drive by at speed. I did so, I went past them at the top of second gear, flat out. Then it was time to power break to not blow the red light. The light went green, I nailed the double-clutch and shifted into second at ~ 8500 RPM. The right side axle ate itself, and I shot a strong right, heading back towards the service road. Seconds later, my car struck the crash barrels which divided the on-ramp and the service road, smack dead on the driver's door. The steel beam in the door saved my life. The car was t-boned at the door, and I was sent spinning into the ditch along the service road. I was a little stunned to say the least! The car was still runnng, so I turned the car off. my last time for a long time. Anyway, update your rear end. please. The only good thing that happened that night was I didn't get a DUI. That car only had 13,000 miles on it when I bought it in 1998. Twelve yearsl later, I stilll am jonesing for an FD. I drove one at a supercar dealership last year. The vacuum line for the secondary turbo was off; great pull up until about 4k, then nothing.
The salesman actually told me if I put $5,000 down on the car, and they would fix it. I said fix it and I'll sign the contract. I don't any of them had driven an FD at full throttle, with both turbos on line...
