Faulty engine harness? (computer)

Has anyone ever had an old, or just plain faulty computer harness they had to replace? I have basically replaced and troubleshot everything on my car and still am having problems with what i believe to be ignition. Is it possible if the harness is old or faulty for the wiring to fail under load? Cam at pettit replaced the coil harness and the car now comes out of the hole like a bandit, but at higher rpms seems to fall on its face. The boost is being produced and I have a soild 12-11-12 pattern by using my controller, with no leaks. But the car does not pull while under boost, except for in low gear such as 1st and 2nd... Any suggestions? Thanks Jamie!

Im some what of an expert on that matter I lived a wiring harness hell for about 6 months everyday. However the problem you describe doesnt sound like an ECU issue. Could be some old wires anywhere on the power harness. Id get out a wire diagram and just give everything a look see. Make sure grounds are good, connections are clean and uncorroded. Um also id check alternator make sure its pumping enough juice at higher gears and belts make sure they arent slipping.

What im asking is about the power harness, not the ecu. Sorry for the miss-assumption. My ecu is the m2 stage 3, and it checks out fine. I havent tested the alternator yet but will soon, the belts all seem to secure I install my greddy pulley kit tommorow and i will double check that and test the alternator. Thanks!

Have you tried a new set of coils? Or plugs, for that matter?

new plugs about 6 times, two new sets of magnecor wires just to be sure. And replaced both coil packs, and the coil harness. I have also swapped the map sensor and the igniter with a working one.
