exhaust smoke = bad turbo seals?

if oil smoke is coming from the exhaust; and there's no oil in the intercooler or elbow, could i rule out that the turbo oil seals are bad or the reason for the exhaust smoke?

You are idling a bit high. Doesn't look like coolant and doesn't look like oil control ring, my guess is your turbo's are on there way out.

Does your water temp gauge work? How long has the motor been running prior to taking the video? Your oil pressure looks low for a cold motor.

I have the same and car also is difficult (but not impossible) to hot start usually. What is the likely cause of this smoke and is it a problem?
