Exhaust manifold bolts torque?

Can someone look in their shop manual and tell me the torque of the (4) exhaust manifold bolts, and also the torque of the (6?) bolts that hold on the turbo's? My manual was supposed to come in today, but hasn't yet and it's holding me up. Appreciate it, thanks guys
Jack

I think the exhaust bolts (4 -14 mm ) are 57 ftlbs the p plate is 28ftlbs. This does need to be checked because my brain is not as good as it was. Call Garfinkle to be sure ,it is not long distance for you .
