estimated horsepower?
estimated horsepower?
i am about to make another addition to my 93 R1, but am curious as what impact i can expect...i currently have an apex'i gt spec cb and apex'i intake...(and the other basics... boost gauge, turbo timer, etc)... i am considering a ss downpipe and the power fc...my question is this: what type of horsepower can i expect with these mods on a healthy engine? if there is any other thread that may help me answer this question, please point me towards it...thanks
thanks for the responses..any one else have input on what numbers i might achieve? if u happened to dyno your car with these mods, let me know what u got....or better yet, if you have time slips with said mods, let me know the results

With a DP and catback and 22k on a healthy motor ,I dinoed at 244.9 hp and 253 1bs of tourque.
Adding a PFC. and intake i got 286 hp.
When I put a midpipe on a few months later i got 293 at ten pounds, we heat sinked the stock IC. so we didnt turn the boost up,but figure about 10 hp for every 1b of boost and would have been in the 300,s. C.
