Anyone recommend a failure prone area?

Dye is injected but need to know where to look specifically with an inspection mirror without tearing out all my hoses and piping. Ion "sniffer" was nominal.

I suspect the compressor since it is near the turbos, but I hate throwing parts at the problem and compressors are big $$$, and R-12 is $50 a pound!

I can't bitch about 10 years of service without ever even touching the system.

Thank you a/c gurus.....and no, I can't drive with the windows down, it's still in the upper 90's here. Every freakin' day.

Isn't the A/C compressor underneath the power steering pump?

 

yeah, I think I got my a/c and airpump mixed up It's sitting down at my buddy's shop right now.

Ron, I can tell you where every single joint in the a/c system is as I replaced every o-ring when I switched over to 134a recently. Shoot me a pm or an email.
