Honestly, at this stage, your in "find a garage" territory. I can name a few things "I" would try , but im not going to, cause it isnt my car.. I'd save the headache and probably a damage engine and look for someone who works on these cars, to diagnose the problem.
I get that you want to work on it yourself cause you like doing it and/or not enough cash to do it, but you'll probably save yourself time and more money at a garage instead of breaking something costly.

Actually Oppa637, that does make perfect sense. It explains why the car idles fine but dies at 4000 when the secondary injectors come in(no injector). Not to mention when you plug the injector in, it's flooding... Fits the symptoms.
think you found the problem Oppa... good job

There's one on the southwest side of houston that can do it in 4 hours or something like that that I got mine done at. I would google it. No reason to really get new ones in my opinion. Wonder who says its an electrical problem.... and why so? I'm pretty positive its the injector stuck open. stick a 9 volt to it and see if you hear it click open and closed

I still have my old stock take-off injectors and fuel system. Im in Kemah and League City most weekends, Galleria during the week. A few members sell cleaned stockers on the forum. We have a few good rotor heads in the area. Both Chucks came out to Kemah to get my FD running. Well worth the small gas fee, plus there fee. Fd's been running like a champ for the past year and a half... Search Houston mechanics they'll popup.. (OPPA637).. I ordered my new hood ,a week and half ago. Let me know if you still want my old Scoot one still.

Yea, I want the hood. Awesome. can't wait to see it on the car!
Not expecting you to show up with the car. Your there to mingle, learn bout your car, look at other peoples runnin car and compare, or find a mechanic. I would take a lot more pics of your engine bay if you want help.

+1 on Witchhunter. They cleaned my injectors, put new orings and pintle caps on for me too (no extra cost). Just don't let em sit around too much before you put em in, and leave them in a sealed ziplock or something till you're ready to put them in.
Rebuild started up on 1st turn of the key.

well why i gave my list was for the following reason. after watching the video it sounds like the engine is producing fine compression but it is running on only one rotor and the ECU is also going into limp mode so you have several issues that probably need to be diagnosed.
if you have a few minutes pull the kick panel at the right passenger side and inspect the ECU wiring, could be someone cut the wires and left them hanging for a primary injector and OMP. other place to look for wiring issues is at the LF fender well where the wires tend to get munched from the tire rubbing on them, but that wouldn't cause a primary injector issue, moreso a MAP sensor and fuel pump voltage issue.
but all of this is sounding like you need to find a professional to help with it, it's beginning to border on something that can't really be diagnosed without being there in person.
