Question Engine Rebiuld/Porting

Hey rotorists, i have an opinion based question. I was wondering who has the cheapest pricing to your knowlege for a engine rebuild and a large street port with good quality workmanship? I've been pricing everything out and i was just wondering what all of you guys and girls think, based on your opinion and experiences. Thank you, hope to here from you soon!!!!

pineapple racing is in oregon, but from the limited research i've done (i'm in the market as well, unfortunately) pineapple seems to be well priced and have a really good reputation.

what are the prices for a street port and rebuilt if you have a good core (basically adding new stock seals and a port job). and you bring your motor.

general prices, not necessarily from pineapple.

I think pinaple in around 3k for a block but i am not too sure. He does offer warrenty with his stock rebuild and high performance engine, who else does that? Ya he is pretty much the best.

pineapple WILL NOT use old housings no matter how good they are. so you have to buy new housing which is kind of costly. right now they are rebuilding mine with a large port and 3mm ceramic seals. i pulled the engine myslef and am going to install it myself. so with shipping and everything done and said, it is going to sit just under 5000.
