Yeah a Dremel with a saw blade on it for the gut of the work and then you can use something finer to clean it up depending up exactly what you do with it. Cutting urethane is basically melting urethane, so it'll ball up and all of that stuff that melted plastic will do ... just be mindful of that or it can get out of hand (i.e. -- be patient).

I'd use a hacksaw if you have to cut a lot, and then use the dremel or rotozip to clean it up.

A drill with a sawbit would work as well

I used a drill with a cutting disk on the end.

After cutting the bumper I molded on a piece of rubber/plastic around the inside edge (will have to find a close up pic of it), but it covered up the non-perfectly smooth cuts that were made very nicely and also keeps the FMIC from snagging on the bumper and tearing it up!

My brother and i used a simple Craftsmen utility knife to cut the bumper, It polyurethane and really easy to cut.

7 stiches, and a 1/2" deep laceration to my brother's wrist, the bumper looks really nice after that bloody mess.
