IA engine harness help. black and red wire where does it plug into

i recently did a swap on my rx7 and i removed the engine harness from the ecu and when i put the harness back in to place i am left with one connector on the ecu side that i cant find where it plugs in its a black connector with single black and red wire where does it plug into is it important????? i got all the connectors in except that one. please help!!!!

2 month old thread, but anyone figured out where the red/black single wire connector (at the passenger side kick panel) plugs into?

does not go anywhere, its something related to the fan switch recall..
