ebc issues

i need help guys.. probably noob question. not even sure the terminology

fd is boosting strange.
factory twins non sequential.
greddy profec b spec 2

hooked ebc up as per the vac diagram that says just tie into the upper wastegate. set psi to 12.. drive car boost is great then it starts going 10 12 10 12 10 12 and shaking the car..
ponder it for a bit, decided that maybe the wastegates were fighting each other so i y'ed in the second wastegate and now at 0%gain, it over runs like wastegates arent opening at all..
how do i fix this?
boost signal for the controller motor is in stock location on front turbo. controller signal is on the intake manifold and is sharing the pressure gauge port.
any more questions, let me know.
supposed to dyno on sat but cant with this stupid and scary issue.

There's only 1 wastegate, the other actuator should be removed if you are running non-seq.

Got a picture of how you run your lines?

The second actuator is the turbo precontrol actuator that controls how much the secondary would spool up before it comes online in sequential

But, since you're not running sequential, you don't need it.

it operates exactly like a wastegate. it is a wastegate, just a different name associated with it. would be retarded to remove it. i guess i could be slightly less retarded and just unplug it because you know, its not needed so lets leave it static.

So... did you just unhook the actuator rod or is it still attached to the flapper?

it sounds like both "wastegates" are fighting eachother, ie the 10,12,10,12 boost pattern. So, i'm assuming you still have the precontrol actuator connected

the pre control is still hooked up. the turbo control is gone and the flapper is removed/blocked.

I would double check all the lines, did you cap the 2nd nipple on the wastegate actuator? When you say the pre-control is still hooked up, are the solenoid still connected? I would at least remove all the hose and cap the nipple if you want to leave the actuator there.
