EBC install

It seems the best place to install an ebc solenoid is in the wastgate line, effectivley in place of the pill.

But what do you do with the vent line that goes to the stock solenoid?

1. Plug it at the wastgate, thus making it like a standard wastgate actuator?

2. put a piece of hose in place of the solenoid, thus leaving the vent open to the front of the turbos and vaccum?

Will option 2 work? will the wastgate open at all with that line vented to vaccum.

It seems like it wouldn't.

My EBC is comming of a haltech running closed loop boost controll.

You plug the nipple on the wastegate actuator. You plug the vacuum line running to the solenoid. Basic EBC install.
