East Bear Kit and Instructions...

I recently got a Rotary Extreme kit and either it wasn't manufactured properly or my shop did a lousy job, but after seeing it on the car, I want to change to an East Bear kit. Since the Rotary Extreme kit required cutting the frame, what will be required in terms of the frame and wiring to get the East Bear kit in there?

Does anyone have this kit or some instructions that outline the process? I would appreciate any help I can get with this.

I can't answer your questions, but I can point you to a thread that might have a few answers (and pictures) which could help:

The East Bear kit is a simple install. No cutting required, they pretty much just drop right in. Very easy to do. What didn't you like about your Rotary Extreme kit?

you can just get a peice/strip of metal at home depot and cut that in to shape and drill in to the headlight housing frame to mount it. the eastbear needs the full frame, well at least the top part

Good Job on the East Bear Lights.
They look great.

I have the Run Racing Light kit and it wasn't so easy to install.

But good choice in lighting.

I was thinking about the Run Racing kit but haven't heard feedback from anyone with it. What did you have problems with? I've heard that it doesn't fit with the stock bumper, but Aerodyne said that it does, but with "minor modification". Any info would be great. Thanks!

Crappy Lexan...

The lexan was not the right shape and the paint job on it was shoddy at best. The paint peeled off the minute the adhesive tape was placed on it. I probably should have used screws to bolt it down. Also, it did not sit flush with the hood. It set a bit above. I am going to see about fixing this, but who knows. I have pictures, but they are mucho ugly.

Probably, I can get some lexan and do a better job and then maybe it will look better.

I had a shop do the work and they probably screwed up that portion.
