e brake handle restoration?

Ive bought 5 different e brake handles for my fd in hope that 1 would be in "mint" condition. MAZDA no longer offers them. Is there any way of restoring them?. The fading of the leather bothers me soo much. I NEED my e brake handle in perfect condition. Is there any oem leather covers or somthing i can buy?. Does anybody know?

You are welcome.

Edit: They can make you one the looks damn near OEM but if I bought another from them I'd get perforated leather and red stitching.

You sound like me with the "perfect condition" requirement! Although some might call it weird, I applaud your efforts, weird is a good thing when it comes to restoring these cars .

If the op has been through five different ones, I don't think "near OEM" is going to make him happy.

IIRC there are no more new OEM carpet available...The aftermarket carpets don't come with the foam padding that is contoured to the floor. Of course it's been awhile since I last looked into this...
