Dyno Results
Here are my latest dyno results. Mods include DP, CB, Intake, FMIC, Pulleys, and PFC. Boost was at 12psi on full non-seq. turbos. Done in 4th gear. I had some bad ignition break up after 5500 RPM's. I think I fouled my spark plugs. I was running super rich. My first run isn't on there but the A/F's were way below 10. I did some generic tuning through the PIM voltages to get some better A/F's.

Here's my old dyno. CB, DP, intake, FMIC. Done at 10psi with poor man non-sequential turbos and in 3rd gear. It looks like I'm making about 25 more HP at 5500 RPM's.

I was also gettins some bad break-up at about 5.5K rpms and found it was bad spark plug wire. That is pretty rich. Shouldn't all dyno runs be run in 4th gear? With more tuning and fixing that ignition break-up, you should be closer to 290 rwhp at 12 psi. Good luck

Re: that first dyno chart. I'm assuming they just weren't measuring torque. Also, all those peaks and valleys after transition are bad. I'd replace spark plugs first, then look at ignition amp, then possibly a clogged main cat. Your peak power is way off. I'd find a competent Power FC tuner in the area if I were you and get that baby running right

your HP curve should keep going up untill at least 7k rpm get some fuel out and fix the ign problem and you should get up to 275-300rwhp easy

I'm pretty sure my spark plugs are causing the ignition break up. When I first installed the PFC, it was pulling real hard throughout. I changed my plugs and noticed that they were kinda white. So I added a ton of fuel through the PIM voltage(like 15%) just to be safe until I could check my A/F ratio with a wideband. Looks like I fouled my new sparkplugs. I'll replace them and see if it helps.

Wow, here's a good illustration of the difference between sequential and non-sequential:
Your dyno with intake, downpipe, catback, 12 psi:
My dyno with downpipe and catback, 10 psi:
Your torque doesn't equal mine until 4000 rpm and I have 50 ft-lbs more than you do at 3000 rpm. Of course you kill me after 4000 rpm, despite the bad plugs!
Fix those plugs and get back to ATP for some fine tuning and your car will be rocking.
