Dumping Fuel on startup

Dumping Fuel on startup
Hey guys so I've done some searching but haven't found any conclusive answers on my problem.
A brief history, car ran fine except a high idle and a recently developed secondary boost problem which I decided to fix. there was also some fuel smell at WOT so I decided to replace the FPD as well.
Fast foward, I ended up going simplified seq, replacing my LIM gasket, replacing FPD, installed all the banzai block off plates. Finally got her ready to get up and running again. a couple seconds after startup lots of smoke and smell of fuel. I was running on a virtually empty tank so I was able to get it to the gas station and back, parked it in the garage. Car didn't stop smoking, was hoping it was just burning some stuff off or whatever. Also the car is in limp mode because I didn't jumper the connectors for simp seq.
Go to start it up the next day and it idles for about 20 seconds or so and dies. Heavy smell of fuel, in fact it's just dumping fuel and fouled my plugs. replaced those and it started right up, but still tons of smoke and fuel dumping. decided it was probably dumping fuel because of limp mode and waited on my PFC to get here. Today installed the PFC and go to learn the idle and same thing, starts up, dumps fuel and some smoke (most likely from fuel as nothing smoked before). So it's not limp mode causing me to dump fuel. I have the plugs pulled out and drying out now, hopefully their not totally fouled out since their brand new.
Any idea what could be causing this kind of dumping of fuel? I mean the injectors have to be stuck wide open really. What could I have done that would cause this? I think all my electrical connectors are in the right place, and I doubt my injectors or map sensor etc. just went bad while it was sitting for a few months.

A few things to check:
Do you have the primary injector connectors on correct injectors?
Was your harness crispy?
Did you reverse the fuel temp and water temp sensor connectors?
Did you dislodge/destroy the rubber seals under the primary rail?
Did you reconnect the fuel pressure regulator to a vacuum source after the simplification?
Is the map sensor hose connected to the UIM?
How much vacuum on the commander when idling?

I am a moron. I kept thinking to myself, "of course the map sensor line is attached, I never disconnected it from the sensor." the UIM however.....god I feel stupid. Putting my spark plugs in now to see if this fixes it. (also would explain why I've only got 10 inches of vacuum at idle)
