What about the cosmo (i think) fuel pump... does anyone know about it and the Supra upgrade... And is this upgrade necessary if you're still running twins?

I run 2 walbro 255's in the tank, what i did was first off take strap the 2 pumps side by side then use the return as your new second feed line, I then had -6 fittings braised on so that i can run steel braid striaght from the tank, then you buy yourself a bulkhead -6 90 degree fitting for your new return, i then ran the 2 -6 feed lines into a permacool fuel filter and came out of that with a -8 feed to got to the rails, from the rails i run a -6 return through an aeromotive regulator back to the bulkhead in the tank.... One important thing is that run new wire to the pumps a ran 10 guage power and ground from a relay because the stock wiring is crap.... Here is a pic of the finished product..

Hope this helps
Shaun

Scroll to the bottom of the first page to see my pumps. This will be offered for sale if there is interest. Final version will not look exactly like this, as this one does not fit perfectly. Also, I have been told the stock plug will not handle the current required for two pumps, so I have found a different solution that can be seen on the bottom of page 2.

Do you need hoses and fittings too, 93BlackFD? 93rotorhead, I'll assume you want the hoses and fittings but no regulator or rail fittings, OK?

A-Spec Tuning out of Chicago also has a dual pump setup on at least one of their GT35/40 cars. I don't know whether they have a "kit", but they can give you a parts list and sell you all the parts.

It sounds like Tyson has things undercontrol, I was just giving another option.

Badog and I are working on a dual intank setup for my car along with upgraded lines and parallel fuel feeds to the rails. Once we are done we will be able to provide a parts list as well if you are interested in duplicating our setup.

Here is a pic of mine that i put up a while back....let me know what you think. We've done quite a few setups like this for a wide variety of cars. I've got this on my Mustang and both of my Rx7's. We've also done quite a few Supra's that have put down 600+ and one that has put down just under 800rwhp (it will be more soon ) so it works like a champ.

My Mustang puts down 264rwhp after the fuel line and pump upgrade. It put down 244rwhp before (with single 190lph). I don't really want to say that the pumps were the big gain but i don't have any other explanation. I didn't make any other changes so i'm leaving it at a slight temp change (-5deg. f) and the pumps freeflowing characteristics. There is also quite a difference in heat through the other single pump and stock lines compared to the dual setup for sure.

If anyone is interested i will be offering a complete fuel system shortly.

I can piece it together if you want Tyson's dual setup.....i'm flexible.

I just did a buy-in with a fitting company so i will be able to get really good deals on fittings.

As a side note.....i will be offering a -4 SS oil feed and a
-10 return line with alum. and SS fittings also.

Contact Magnus Motorsports for my revised setup. 905 264 1989. Price is close to being finalized. The more serious interest there is, the better the price can be. These are NOT in stock or anything, so don't get to excited about delivery.

you've got cash!! LOL!! how about some pics or a little more info about what this setup would include before people start wiring you money? thats the way it goes. you tell everyone about it, and THEN give the price.
how do you know this will support 1000HP? do you have a dyno sheet? on what car/motor is this capable of suporting 1000HP. hell, i am using that aeromotive A1000 pump, and i doubt my pump will support that.

I talked to rich on the phone...here is the info I have about what he is selling. The pumps are the dual pumps out of a ford Lightning. He told me they come plumbed together.
From what I understood the price is for the pumps and plumbing...not the intank bracket.
I am sure rich will add more once he sees the question.
