Driveshaft is hitting PPF when i WOT....

Well I finally got everything runnin right on my car, the only problem is, I feel a knocking in the drivetrain tunnel whenever i get on it in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd gear.... Im thinkin a motor mount might be bad but am not sure... Anyone have any other suggestions?

I would say it would be your PPF rubbing on the tunnel. Probably because it is twisted from stress. Options are- try unbolting it and bolt it back up with the diff on a slightly different angle for some reason it worked for me, and if that fails get a new one.

ok, i am putting a new differential in with 4.1 ring and pinion sometime this week, so i guess i will take a look at it then... Would it be possible it could be a motor mount? or am i just dreamin on that conclusion....

maybe the ppf itself is broken, and under stress is flexing enough to hit the transmission tunnel
