The first one is the gold colored line in the simplified diagram. The diagram doesn't show it, but connect to the top nipple of the 4 that pass through the LIM. That way it will feed into the gold line on the inside of the LIM to the pressure chamber.

The one on the left of the last pic is the brown line in the diagram. Run it to the 2nd from top pass through of the LIM.

The one on the right of the last pic is the bright green line in the diagram. Bottom pass-through of the LIM.

FWIW this diagram is easy to follow if you compare it to the full sequential diagram. All of the hoses go to the same places, just that there are less of other things around and they simplified the routing of some hoses that aren't deleted.

There are two turbo control solenoids. Take a look at the stock diagram:

http://www.fd3s.net/vacuum_hose_diagram.jpg

One is mounted to the ACV, the other is on the solenoid rack.

As far as the nipple caps, check the HELP! section in your local Autozone, NAPA or O'Reilly's for various size nipple caps.

ok ive done some research this time and i can seem to find a good post or write up on which nipples to cap off after doing the simplified vac lines.
im not sure about what i do with the egr since its not in the simplified diagram. Do i cap it off? or let it breath?

im also not sure what to do with this nipple on the ACV

If there are anymore nipples that need capped that isnt in the diagram please feel free to share that with me as well. Thanks everyone for the help

On vacuum caps, I prefer to use EPDM rubber vacuum caps from McMaster-Carr. Search for my vacuum line guide post, I have a bit in there about vacuum caps, using the right kind, and what sizes you'll need. The cheapies from the parts store will fail prematurely.

Most of the nipples you have circled there are "dead" systems now that you've removed the actuators. It is good habit to go ahead and cap them. To really do it right remove the emissions parts (EGR, AWS, ACV) and install a blockoff plate. But, sometimes that's a "while you're in there" thing as you could be doing a LOT of removal to get in there to install the plate.
