Dont reach full boost until almost redline!

Okay, not a big deal but I would like full boost to come on when its supposed to. I have a blitz sbc id boost controller with the boost set to 10 psi and gain set to 25. When I go WOT it will hit 8psi by 2,500 go to around 9.2 at 5,000 than finally hit around 10.1 at 65,00- 7000. Obviously not the correct 10-8-10 boost pattern. Only mods are intake downpipe exhaust.I am using the boost method by connect the two nipples and the two actuator lines together, its version two. Any ideas, maybe a boost leak? I did a search but nothing really came close to my symptoms. Thanks for any help.

Is the actuator rod hooked up to the wastegate. Sounds like it's stuck open

Ok, i changed to 11psi, manual mode and set my gain to 28. Now im getting 8.5psi very quickly, but its a steady 8.5psi all across the rpm range? It comes on strong, but never reaches my desired goal of 11 psi?

Most likely a boost leak, unless you have a fundamental turbo control system problem.

Did you have any boost issues before installing the boost controller?

Your wastegate probably isn't stuck open. If it's wide open it's because of the boost controller settings.

I don't know how to help tune this setup, since normally the actuators operate separately.

Check valves? Do you have both lines hooked up to the pressure chamber?
