I finally got around to replacing the pillow ***** where the rear trailing arms connect to the lateral links. I used Max Coopers instructions from his site and it worked beautifully. Took me just over an hour to do both sides; including jacking the car onto the stands. Thanks, Max.

Only tip I would add is that when you press the old pillow ball out, the hardest part is getting it to break loose. I found that if you get your homemade press nice and tight and then give it one sharp smack with a hammer it will turn loose right away and press out without any strain on yourself.

Like when I just did my girlfriend's brakes last night and the last shop must have used an air hammer on the caliper bolts. Even with a breaker bar they wouldn't come loose until just a fraction of a second before smashing my hand into the strut.
