Does anyone know this car, Thinking about coming back to the FD fold

Hey guys, its been a while. I lost my last built FD in that shop fire in Ramona California. I have since been building and enjoying BMW M coupes, but this car has sparked my interest. I think its a great deal. Its my taste, understated and aggressive and I also agree with the turbo kit, wheels etc.

Here is the ebay link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/93-Br...ht_1374wt_1165

or item #220481453161

It has been a while since I have posted. I looked at Allrotors 3 rotor, and even drove it on vacation out in north carolina on vacation. It a bit too much money and needed alot more sorting. I am not interested in a project if I spend over $20,000.

I imagine prices have come down, what would fair money be fore this car, and has anyone seen it? Thanks Guys, its nice to be posting over here again. Most of my time has been spent over at bimmerforums under the same name.

Lots of mods, but $19k and reserve not met on a car with 130k chassis mileage and tan interior?

Btw, fleabay links aren't allowed to sell parts etc but I think it's allowable in this circumstance.

My last one was a glass sunroof 94, I was all hung up on having a more rare 94 or 95, but I could really care less now, they really are all the same. More important is how the most recent owner has taken care of it or maintained it.

I wonder if all the body stuff is authentic shine, or replica.

seems like a good car. add up the mods and that isn't a bad price for a car in what seems like nice condition. you definitely can't duplicate it for less.

You guys are hilarious. If this guys selling price was unreasonable this thread wouldn't exist.

Not to mention the fact that you're all shooting yourself in the foot in talking down his asking price. If the market actually bares his price you should all be jumping up and down with glee. Short of being desperate all this guy has to do is re-list his car until the right buyer comes along.

jump on what bandwagon?

i'm not planning on selling my FD nor do i plan on it in the future. i could care diddly squat what the avg current selling value of an FD is...

if the avg selling price for these cars dropped to $100 or shot up to $100,000 - i still wouldn't sell it. well, unless i was getting another.
