Question Does the Air Intake system change the sound????

in my FD if i have the Cat back and i put on an Intake system for example the Blitz SUS Power Intake, will change the sound???
it will be too much noise for everyday use???

If it's an open intake, and you WERE using the stock airbox, you will eventually get used to the all the intake sounds under the hood with the open intake

i have the apexi intake, its a little louder, but if you have an exhaust, you may not even notice it.
as for power, i would think it ads somewhere btwn 15-20 not sure, havent had time to dyno it yet.

yes it will change the sound. It should net you between 5 and 10 hp however, depending upon the accompanying mods.

I put hard intake pipes along with some k/n filters and it didn't change the sound TOO much. I can hear the spool a bit more.

But there's also that lil moo'ing problem as well.

ok another questions, the power is gain only at high rpm?? will i lose power at low rpm??

with a dp and cb i can't hear sh** so when i put the intake on couldn't notice it

You will actually gain power on the low end as well as the whole power range.
