From what you've been describing, I'd keep investigating the 'stuck injector' possibility. do you have a PFC and a commander?

What about a vacuum test?

how would you troubleshoot stuck injectors with the PFC?

Okay thanks, no pfc unfortunately.
After going through alot of threads, im sure its a stuck injector
The trailing plugs and front leading plug are dry only the rear leading is in fuel no matter how long i leave the car to idle
All plug wires are giving off spark
No vacuum leaks
When idling and after i switch it off, only gas smell. Theres no leaks in the fuel system

Engine is gone ,
Got injectors back fitted and started
Waited till car was at operating temperature, as i was coming out of the driveway, there was a loud knocking sound from the engine and the whole car was vibrating badly.
Got off the car and the sound is coming from rear rotor.

Anyway got a price of 2800usd for a complete rebuild . 7 days turn around

Auto etc, here in durban.
Its working out to R28,000 south african rands (approx 2800usd) if the housing and rotors are fine.
I figued its better he does it, although i went through the rebuild videos , with him theres a warranty with the new build .

Plans are to do :
Street port
Super 2 mm ra seals (400usd)
Searching for knightsport turbos(as i got a quote for a td07)
The wiring harness will be redone
Injectors secondary will be changed
Intercooler upgrade
Also looking for an aftermarket ecu(fcon or pfc tuned for the above) as his offering micro tech but i dont know. I am trying for close to 400hp reliable power without pushing the engine to its limits
Turn around time 3 weeks if housing needs to go in , 2 weeks if all is fine
He rebuilt a 13b with T66 turbo i think and its doing 348rkw and its being a year and the guy is happy with it

I would go with (I did go with) E&J apex seals. They used to be called ALS seals. Otherwise I'd say stick with Mazda seals. Lots of people on here have gotten chatter marks with the RA seals. My power goals are the same as yours. I'm running an Apexi RX6 turbo, custom SMIC, and 2200 ID secondaries.

Okay, where can i got those seals and price wise
Also heard oem is much more forgiving
I was shopping online and was going through knightsport , feed, famspeed and panspeed website
Feed just like Amemiya price is killers
Most reasonable from the above is either Famspeed or panspeed
Good thing about Famspeed they have dyno graphs on FDs they worked on whether single or twin turbo.
Their twin turbo fds with supporting mods are pushing anything from 413ps to 499ps (368kw) not sure at crank or at the wheels. Which is not bad at all and those fd look like their used everyday
Their twin turbo price is 190,000yen or 160,000yen if i send mines to them.
Well my rear turbo, the wheel looks bad jagged.
But those sites dont cover fueling
How is your fuel consumption with those 2200 secondary
Ill be using the turbo smart dual stage boost control so for everyday use low will be set at 0.6 and high will be 1 bar because of fuel here. So for fueling i have a borsch 5 bar pump , primary will remain the same , secondary will be changed
I want this rebuild to atleast see 120,000km
Car goes in december, so in the meantime trying to get most of the stuff myself to avoid the bill from running high.
Wife is 6 weeks preg , first child so i have to be understanding
