Did they ever come with a glass roof or were they all painted body color?

Isn't it the 94/95 sunroof thats a moonroof?

 

I thought it was 94 touring came with a glass roof and the rest are painted.

 

I have a 94 touring and it's glass. I like it better than the others.

 

what they say... i hear you can swap them if you can find a glass one with 93 and 95

my 94 came with glass. my new 93 is painted.

 

94 is the only one that came with the glass option from the factory. SOme have found them and installed them on the 94-95's. There is also an aftermarket one that is a bit larger than the factory one. I'm not sure what company made the aftermarket one or sold it.

 

Anyone know the company that makes the glass ones or where I could find one?

 

I like the moonroofs instead of the sunroofs, personally.

(though my base model is neither - gives me much needed headroom!)

 

Look in the wanted/for sale section 3rd gens as they show up there and on ebay from time to time.....they can be some what expensive if located.

 

I was one of the lucky people that had one on my '94 touring.

 

yeah, i perfer the one with the glass, what ever it's called.
