Custom hood?

awhile back somewhere in the forums someone had a custom hood with a reverse scoop and a raised center for an FD... I think it was black but I could be wrong... anyone know what I'm talking about?

Thanks!

Well I don't know what you're talking about exactly, but I'm probably having a "Custom" hood made for myself. It'll also have a large reverse scoop in addition to a couple custom vents.

Are you talking about something that looks like a Mustang hood with the middle section rising as it goes back to the cockpit; or something like a Viper hood with an opening in the front center?

it retained the style of the OEM hood, but it had a "bubble" looking front mid and raised up slightly at the rear of the hood, mid section being higher than the corners in the back, no opening in the front! Thanks for the replies and yeah, I'm still scouring the forum(s)

**now that I ponder, I believe the guy was selling it too....

I can't really tell what you are talking about in your description but mine is one of a kind I think.
