Does anybody know what kind of hood this is? People keep asking me but I have no idea and have never seen one before.

Don't take my word for it, but i believe somebody has just modified a stock hood to make it like that. I've never seen something like that before.

 

That's what I was thinking. The carbon fiber work around the edges is not very good quality but none the less I like it.

Nice FD. The paint looks to be in good shape and would probably look really nice with a good wax job. Love the wheels too.

I personally think the car would look better with a stock hood. That one looks kinda cheesy on a car so close to stock.

 

The paint is in pretty good condition and you are right it does need a good buffing/wax job, does anyone know of a good place here in socal? I like the stock hood look but with the heat out here the ventilation is a good thing. Thanks for all of the replies from everybody.

 

Car looks great.....i normally hate those wheels, but they're not horrible in this case. Wouldn't be my choice if I was buying them, but since they came with the car I wouldn't rush off to buy new ones.

Controversial as those 3 spokes may be, advan wheels are nothing to sneeze at and I think they look good.
