ALL YOU ROTARY GENIUSES TRY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM

Alright, my car revs to fast and with little throttle effort. you see if i press the throttle gently and hold it there, my revs slowly keep on climbing. And my moving speed its nowhere as fast as the car is revving. You see if i stomp on the pedal, my car doesnt move fast it just revs up fast like say in third if i give little throttle the revs climb very fast to like 45000 rpm, and if i hold the pedal stationary with very LITTLE effort on the gas pedal, the revs keep on going past 5000 rpm and i feel fuel cut, this is in third gear!!!!!!!!!! you see i feel a loss of power in the sense that my car engine is speeding up along with the high revs, but i dont get any power in any gear, because the engine is already spinning very fast with little effort of the throttle!!! you can even hear the engine already at its peak with little effort on the gas pedal in each gear!!!!!! it feels like i'am not getting the power to the wheels. This is discouraging because my car is speeding up to fast that i dont have the power to drive the car to redline in each gear, because i start to feel fuel cut at like 5000 rpm!!!!! and let me say it again this is not the pedal to the medal, this is at partial throttle. I feel that its something to do with the flywheel and the clutch, I had this new clutch put in 4 monthes ago, I feel that maybe something came loose between the flywheel and the clutch, I dont know can someone figure out what is going on here!!! i have brought this problem in many different ways on this forum, but man i need a diagnoses. Apologize for such a long post but i need some help here!!!!!!!!!
