Cooling Fan Help Please!

Hey everyone!

I am having trouble with my cooling fans obviously. My driver's side fan (4-blade) cracked and the motor is also done. So, I received a cooling fan assembly from someone on the forums and I took off the bolt on the fan blade, but the blade will not come off. I am pulling pretty hard, but I'm not sure if that's the only thing that was holding it on and I don't want to break anything. I thought about just swapping the fan assemblies, but quickly tossed the idea when I remembered that I would have to disconnect the upper radiator hose and maybe the IC piping. Please let me know...also, on a side note, I stripped one of the three screws holding the motor to the assembly...any ideas would be helpful.
So, basically, the needed help from you is as follows:
1) How exactly do you take the fan blade off? Am I doing it right, but not pulling hard enough?
2) Any ideas about what to do to get the stripped screw off would be helpful.
Thanks a lot guys,

Craig

P.S. I was hoping to have it running tonight in order to go racing, so any help or ideas would be great because I need to fix this ASAP!!!

I forgot to look there. Thanks a lot. I guess I just have to pull harder on the fan blade to get it off. Thanks again,

Craig

I found out that the screw that I stripped was actually a bolt, but had the ability to be taken out like a screw with a screwdriver. Also...I took the other fan off the motor and we realized we just weren't pulling hard enough. Thanks for your help. I just wanted to let everyone know that it was a successful install and that they don't need to post any more help.
