coolent help

Hi guys I was wondering about the coolant. What is the recommended mixture of coolant/water in our 3rd gen. And if you tuned your 3rd pass stock level what is the recomended mixture. How you guys ever run the 3rd gen without a THERMOSTATE??? Will it harm the engine with no T-state??? or will it improve cooling effiency? and also if any of you guys are ineterested on a PETER FERRAL ECU visit my post at the classifieds section about thanks guys.

The owner's manual should give you a recommended mixture for your climate.
