Coolant Over flowing out of both cap
Hey guy just wondering what is going with my fd. here the problem, after i drive my car for 20-30 min n park the car coolant will over flow out of both radiador cap. (T stat housing and mainly the AST). Car is mostly stock beside from exhaust, aluminum ast and some gauges. it started happened after i did a coolant flush a few weeks ago. could it be bad cap or something else. im thinking along the line of t stat going bad, bad caps, block coolant passage building up too much pressure. any thoughts on this?? any help would be great.
thanks

more info on the car. Car has never overheated check with aftermarket temp gauge n infrared red laser temp gun. fan kick on around 210, no other coolant leaks before the over flowing problem. how it be too much coolant in the system?? it started after i flush the system with new coolant.

go ahead and refill it and try it again
make sure your caps are on properly - they twist twice to lock
remember to burp the system
if coolant keeps gettting forced out - especially with a cold engine -
it means you exhaust gas is being forced into the cooling system through a bad engine seal
you should try everything else first though
read this -
but dont do it just yet
there is a newer write up with a better product as well I think

Possible you switched the caps? I did that once, and coolant blew everywhere.
Cap with 'ears' and no pressure valve goes on thermostat housing; round cap with pressure valve goes on AST.

impepro- 50/50 coolant to distill water
potatochobit - i use a airlift system to refill the coolant so i m pretty sure there no air bubble. it only happened after the car been driven for a good 20-30 mins. thanks for the link i ll read it.
wstrohm - naw i dont think so cuz it a aftermarket ast so the cap is way bigger.
