ever since i got my car every time i check my coolant the dipstick is covers with or something that looks like oil so every time i clean it off and i put it back in and then about 2 days later i check it again and its covered with that black stuff again whats wrong?

 

It happens to everyone's car. Don't worry about it.

 

You mean the coolant overflow tank? If so mine has a little bit of black stuff on it, but it doesn't exactly seem like oil as you describe.

 

yeah the coolant overflow tank.. and it looks like back oil crap to me what is it? and is it bad?
