Coolant mixture???. And How much gallon I need??
Greetings all,
I will change my coolant next summer and I need to know
the best mixture (Coolant/water ratio).
75% coolant / 25% water???
Also, How much gallon I need to full the coolant system??
Thanks
Serge

Depends where you live. In Houston; I run 25% antifreeze, 75% distilled water, and 1 bottle of REDLINE Water Wetter year round. More up north you should be safe with 50/50.
A stock engine takes about 2 gallons. With the larger radiators, about 2 1/2.

I tried 50/50 and noticed temps near 83-86 degrees on my PFC....As soon as I went to 75/25 I noticed it dropped to 79-81 degrees....coolant is good to -10 degrees
