for a few days now a fine mist of coolant has been coming out of my tailpipe when the engine is on is this bad? I think it is! whats wrong and how do i fix it?

 

You need a rebuild.

i was gonna start my own thread, but yes, i am having coolant problems at the moment, every so often my car is leaking coolant onto my driveway, and since my coolant check light my car has been running noticabley warmer than normal. also my engine is beginning to produce a burning smell (not quite sure one whats burning tho.) any suggestions? new radiator or rebuild? maybe just coolant seals?

 

You only have one catback. But the last place coolant could come from would be a bad o-ring seal in the motor. That means rebuild.

 

HEns, you might be leaking from somewhere else in the engine. About where on the floor, in relation to the car, is the coolant leak?

 

Are you positive its coolant?

 

yeah, im 90% sure its coolant and yeah, i could be leaking somewhere else, i havent had a good look yet, im just looking for suggestions so i can work from there, and zyon, im not sure, my drain plug could just be loose hahahah, tho im pretty sure its not, otherwise it would happen all the time

 

austinsfd, from what i read, when your car is running and it smells like something sweet (honey?) coming from the exhaust,. it aint so sweet.. if u know what i mean ..so yah , what hamburgler said >rebuild<good luck.
