Clutch Hydraulics?
Full clutch disengagement only happens with clutch pedal almost on carpet. Bad seals in clutch master cylinder or clutch release cylinder? Or just an adjustment of the pedal? Car was built 11/93, 117K miles on it, never touched the clutch system. Brake fluid is full, no leaks on floor. How long is this type of clutch system supposed to last without repair?
Thanks for reading!

If you pump the pedal does it make it disengage sooner? If you hold the pedal to the floor will the clutch slowly begin to engage?
You could very well have tired hydraulics or an issue with the pressure plate diaphragm. At your mileage and age I'd pull off both cylinders and rebuild them. It's easy and all you really needs is a good pick set, a snap ring plier set, new o rings/seals, some brake fluid, and some compressed air.
