Clutch hose is leaking that goes to the slave cylinder-How easy is the fix?

how often is it necessary to bleed your clutch?
I have the SS line, and had Rotary Performance install the line with my new clutch in April of 2001, 13K miles ago.

Once upon I time I paid techs to do my track prep work...no more...gotta do my own work these days (budget is TIGHT!). So although I don't know where the slave cylinder is, I do change my fluids before every track event.
