Should i be concerned? It's glowing inside the exhaust.

been driving like this over 1000km and also been on a track.

Are you talking about your pre-cat? If so, they sometimes glow because they get so hot. Most people recommend replacing it with a downpipe.

 

silencer glowing?? do you mean the catalytic converter (middle pipe) or pre-cat (first pipe from the engine)??

i think yours are cloged... time to replace it... bad for the engine! get a downpipe like what Chaste94 have recommend you...

 

Created by a mass build up of heat, I would also reccomend a downpipe.

 

i already have a dp. i have full 3" exhaust with pettit cat.

but my silencer in the catback is glowing inside when i push the car hard.

 

take it out! be proud of the rotary chainsaw roar.

 

Glowing inside is normal under hard driving conditions

 

who needs silencers?

you're not supposed to drive your car hard with the silencer on!
