Cleaned throttle body now crap idle
I just recently reinstalled new ss bolts on the dp and decided to clean the throttle body. I removed the 4 nuts on the elbow and poped it off. I spayed some stp throttle body cleaner and let it dry over for a day. I cleaned it dried and put back on the 4 nuts and now by idle is total crap. I thought it may have been some side effects after first being clean so took it around the block. After coming back and at optimal temp it is still feeling like it wants to die. What happened?

Edit: If you try re adj. it, make sure you know exactly where it was to start off it just in case it makes it worse/isn't the problem.
Edit 2: Also make sure the hose didn't pop off the MAP sensor.

When I was reading about adjusting the idle I came across things like volt meters and this and that, I thought it was just a screw? I just removed the intercooler elbow connecting to the throttle body.

Bah.... you have most likely disconnected some vacuum hose by doing it - like the MAP sensor one ? I did it when I installed my spark plug wires :p
I would check on that first.

You didn't tell us exactly what is crap about the idle - rough? Too high? Idle bouncing?
There's a whole world of things it could be...

That looks like the filter for the MAP sensor which is the thing above the filter in your picture. There is an empty hose (you can see it in your photo) that it will plug into on the bottom of the MAP sensor.

Get some silicone vacuum line and replace the vacuum line to the MAP - that will help make sure it stays on. I've seen the stock line pop off VERY easily like that, and a good silicone line will hold on much better.
