ck engine light on my 93 FD

check engine light came on about a month ago, drove it today after getting touch screen installed and light came on again.

problems currently:

1. i have an small oil leak (waiting on pineapple to get more fd pans)
2. oil pressure gauge is reading near "0" when at idle and no more than the line before the "60" when driving.

im thinking of stopping at pepboys on the way home to see if they can tell me what the code mean and put some oil in it for now, if i can find the dipstick to check the level, lol,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, serious

any suggestions?

Interested as well,
But wouldn't low oil light come on if there's such thing?
Or some buzzer would go off. .
Why dont you check your oil if you think you're low?

The link up there is probably helpful..
Havent really checked on it that much..
But I've been seeing that site quite alot for codes/engine light.....

that will not make the ck eng light come on there is a warning light/buzzer on the guage, and i know the oil pressure gauge is not very trustworthy on the fd mine will read 0 pressure at full boost sometimes and 70lbs at idle it is screwed up don't religh on it at all.

I honestly don't think he/she's capable, or interested in learning.
