I got them all for $43 shipped from Mcmaster carr heres is the link http://www.mcmaster.com/pdf/106/0076.pdf

The only downside is the hoses only come in clear white and red, but the red is like an orange red so it is not very pretty. but its cheap.
I got the info on the sizes from the rx7 club of san diego

From: Shaw AFB, SC finally close to home!!! yeah!
I got mine from Summit (1-800-962-9094) www.summitracing.com
I know that sounds crazy, but they did the job and they were only $29.95 (+7.95 shipping) total $37.90!
The kit comes with everything you need: 10ft. of 3mm,
5ft. of 6mm, and 2ft. of 10mm! They have extra thick 3/16" walls for high vacuum operations. The kits come in Blue, yellow, and red! I have the blue and truthfully it doesn't look bad! If I were you, I wouldn't waste my money on hose techniques, because the only difference is mainly the color selection! GOOD LUCK!
