The kid was paralized last summer from crashing, running from the cops. I think that's enough punishment.

FYI,

My Hatch came with a baseball sized "Spider Crack" on the main deck. It doesn't bother me too much because I'm painting it.

I've dealt w/ VIS before, and they're very big on ensuring you open the package and inspect your product before signing off on it to the driver in order to properly handle such damage claims. The spoiler I originally got had a crack in it, and I called VIS, and they took it back and sent me a new one. So my advice to everyone: make the driver wait while you open the box and inspect the hatch thoroughly (this should be standard procedure on ALL delivered body parts actually).

Weird...Yea I'm glad it's gonna work out for you... but that's messed up. They shouldn't be able to just drop it off. Every time I've had a freight shipment come in (and they were several), the driver had to call me in advance to schedule a drop-off date, and I had to sign off on the delivery paperwork.

Damn, that sucks. My Acura RSX Type-S was keyed while I was at the mall. I wasn't even there for 30 min!! Never found out who it was. I assume it was just a random person keying a random car.
