we wet lay it. everything is the same as bagging but without the bag. either way its a long process and will take me forever to explain. again our wet lay ups are just as nice as our vacuumed parts.
How about doing a rear hatch cover ( the flock covered piece covering the cargo area)? I recall one being available from a Japanes supplier, but haven't seen one for sale for years. If the price is reasonable, I'd be in for one.

dash questions..
Is that a cover over an original dash? If I sent you mine could you do it? I would like to cover the center speaker hole and the airbag hole as well so that it would be very smooth on top. Let me know.

hi, yes its a cover but it will NEVER come off. you can send me your dash and we could fill in anything you like. we have never done a dash before so we dont know what to charge. give us an offer.

Looks like very nice work. Good luck - hopefully you'll get set up properly so that 'club' will have of another source of good service/products.
you do good work no doubt. I don't see how you run the risk of not charging until the part is done
, that seems too risky considering you can't recoupe any of the material and labor costs unless you sell it outright. Are you requiring cores? I also have been wondering exactly how you are getting your cloth to adhere to the plastic and the vinyl? The dash had to use at least 3 yards of cloth and a great amount of resin, the cost would be substantial for someoine to actually do this. What about your molding skills? do you do any of that? and what about custom work, like ac relocation and carputer integration and stuff like that? did you have any luck with e-bay? I lost money on auctioning off some services over there. also are you the only person doing the work? and what kind of facilities do you have? just curious info. Looks good!!
