Knowing you didn't have emissions and the sequential system had been removed, you pulled the PFC and sold it. Surprised when it would hardly run on the stock ECU and (as we finally learned) a malfunctioning OMP, you started a thread asking what to do. You resisted pulling codes and finally after doing so, got those questions answered. Can't tell from the last post, but apparently now you either have a fuel leak, bad injectors or it's running really rich because of all the other issues...or a combination of the above.
I'm not a guru and trying not to be rude, but IMO you should either install the resistors and at least plug in another OMP, or buy another PFC. Then see how the car runs.

That is the plan, thanks bud. And I'm no RX-7 guru either, thats why I asked for help here on the forum.

Thanks David and everyone else who has helped me, I will try everything you said and get back to you guys with progress.
