Fabricated Aluminum Oil Filler Neck

I am dissappointed in the selection, or lack thereof, when it comes to oil filler necks so I think I will have to fabricate one myself. I am out of town for work right now and would like to get some parts on order, but I am unable to take some measurements and verify some things first.

Would someone who has a Greddy type RS BOV flange be kind enough to see if it happens to match up with the oil filler neck flange? I also need to know what the diameter is of the neck on the flange.

My plan is to use one of these:

with one of these (if it fits) and just order two aluminum 90s of the appropriate diameter:

I have seen those but they are very pricey and hard to come by either used or new.

If the flange will work, it will only run me around $70-$80 in parts.
