Car wont start
I recently installed the Greddy 3 piece hardpipe kit. I got my car up and running right after I did it, but it idled like **** and then I think I flooded it. So I let the car sit for while, switched the plugs, followed most of the methods for starting up an FD after flooding, and no luck. I even had the car towed to the place where I get it inspected (Toyota dealership) and they have no idea. So now I'm most likely going to have to get it towed to a Mazda dealership, my worst nightmare. Anyone have any ideas? Not too long before I put my stock computer back in for emission inspection purposes, but the car was up and running since then. Could the computer be freaking out for some reason?

More than likely you will need to do the atf trick. Get some Automatic transmission fluid, take you plugs out and clean them or replace them, unplug your fuel relay (in front of your air box under the plastic intake thingy), turn over your engine for about 10 sec, wait 15 min, and repeat until no more gas shoots out of the plug holes, then put about a table spoon of atf into each plug hole (all 4), put your plugs back in and crank for about 10 sec, wait about 15 min, then reconnect the fuel relay and crank. Do not let it die, it will run like crap and smoke like s#$t but after about 2 or 3 min it will start to run good.
That will fix the flooded engine problem but I don't know what you did to flood it in the first place. Also after flooding the engine the ecu goes into a limp mode so you have to disconnect the battery, stand on the brake for about 30 sec, reconnect the battery, wait about 2 min, and then drive away
Hope this helps.

I agree with the fact that it could be the untuned PFC. Another thing is that the ECU harness could have a short in it. I know that its a long shot but it happened to me and after days of messing around I finally got it.

I started the car in the cold and it stalled after being on for about 15 secs. I'm betting that this is how I flooded it, though I don't know why it stalled.

If it doesn't even crank, check the grounding wires. The negative line is extremly bad on our cars. another thing could be the map/boost sensor. here's a picture of it, it's located on the driver side near the fire wall.
