Exclamation car not starting!

Alright guys, I've been slowly working on my car for maybe two years now. Bought the car as a roller, use to be automatic, swapped the tranny, got the JDM motor off someone from the forums here. ECU and wiring is all hooked up and there's power. Now the issue is she cranks and wont start, I've done things like replace the spark plugs, ignition coils, map sensor, checked the fuel pump, etc. I was thinking maybe you guys can point me in the right direction or have a list to go through and troubleshoot. It feels like shes so close to running yet so far. Any pointers/help would be greatly appreciated.

crank angle connectors in the right spots?

is the wiring INTO the connectors frayed or crusty?

Check the fuses. I had a blown main fuse that caused a no start.

thanks for the tips guys, definitely going to look through that thread, the connectors are clean, practically new, and the crank angles are in the correct spots according to my buddy doing the work, the fuses are also good as well as the relays

you probably have checked this but Don you have spark from leading and trailing coils? my buddy had a dead wire in his harness for his leading coil (from igniter to the first connecter) and he had very little to no spark on his leading coil. just a thought
