Angry car getting tuned this week (having some probs)

For starters car ran fine 2 weeks ago before I took it down to do a new clutch...
by fine i mean boosted 7psi nice and smoothly...its an untuned PowerFC...non seq..

Ok this is what I did over the last 2 weeks
new clutch
grounding kit
Catch Can
850ccs in the primarie slots

Heres what broke
1-2 switch (which I dont think I need)

Car runs really rich now, like really rich
I reset the ecu and set the inj now to to be 850
and let it idle for about 30 minutes in my driveway

its idling high (no worries)
I took it out and tried to boost a little and it gets all crappy, starts braking up, (this happens around 4k and say 5psi)..

Is this just my car running to rich or is something wrong...Im asking cause im gonna drive 2 hours to get it tuned this week. Do not wanna get stuck anywheres or harm my car...

Check your injector connectors. A loose connector can cause the break-up your describing.

just go do it haha

whats it do? it makes your car actually run and idle with the larger injectors
right now it still was giving the same % as needed for 550s which is 100%
should take you 10 seconds in the commander and you can also do it in the datalogit (it may automatically change the % for you I forget)

obviously change both primary to 850 and 68%

Let us know

this is how my powerFC looks like now
Pr-Pr = %68
Pr-sc = BLANK

Rr-Pr = %100
Rr-Sc = BLANK

So that means you want the other primary to me 68% too
Rr-Pr needs to also be 68 not 100
both injectors have to be at 68% and thats fine that the secondaries are blank
to the right of the 68% it should say .08ms for both primaries as well

I have 1600 secondaries and it reads .14ms to the right of the blank & for those

what secondaries do you have?

Ahh im sorry i f*cked that up...heres what it reads now

Fr-Pr 68% +0.08ms
Fr-Sc blnk +0.00ms
Rr-Pr 68% +0.08ms
Rr-Sc blnk +0.00ms

Q-PR = 850
Q-SC = 850

im running 850s in all of them

im really surprised that your car even started the other way

dont go boosting when your car is running like ****
just try to set everything up perfect for the tuning but I wouldnt be testing the boost out too much

did you try out your car now?

I'm not sure if its ruined I'll check today but theres 2 open wires on it that I don't use and I was just about to cover them when one of them accidentally touched the positive where my battery used to be and there was a good bit of smoke and the car idled a 300 lower when I started it. Its hard to find ignition problems until you hit high rpms and boost sometimes. Im in the same boat as you with the tuning but I'm too scared to boost at all on this basemap from kan. Highest rpm I've hit is 4500 now on the engine with 700 miles

i havent tried it yet...it was to late last night and I woke up a good 30 minutes late for work..ill **** me neighbors off when i get home....

what version of the powerFC are you running, i was told by reputable people that the 5.08 map is alot richer then the 5.07 (not insanely richer but you can run 8psi)

but also since your motor is still really new i wouldnt be boosting much either...
