Can't seem to control boost
I don't have a picture. They look pretty much the same on the outside. If you have access to them try to get a look. The nipple restrictor is inside the nipple, not right on the end. If you can see inside, the restricted hole will be very small. If no restrictor, the hole will stay the same size as the hole at the end of the nipple.
Maybe try pushing a pretty thick piece of wire in there. If it won't go in very far, you probably have nipple restrictors.

For whatever reason your boost signal is not reaching the precontrol and wastgate actuators. Or they are physically stuck, disconnected, or out of adjustment somehow. You should hook an air compressor up, set it at 10 psi and see if the actuators move. Hook it directly to the line going to them
You need to start by verifying the actuators are working properly first (pre-control and wastegate). Check to make sure the c-clip's didn't come off the actuator arms and verify the actuator can physically move the doors.
