Can you use OEM mudflaps (front & rear) w/ OEM sideskirts?

According to Flybye:
OEM Mudflaps are PLASTIC.
The set of 4 will run about $200
They were a dealer OPTION in the US.
OEM Sideskirts are Rubber.
The set of 4 will run you about $1300
These were NEVER available as a dealer option in the US. The sideskirts have been discontinued for a while, too.
Re: part #s, FDO1-51-9B0B, and FD01-51-9C0B. Being that they're made of rubber, they're incredibly flexible.

Gil, I've seen pics showing the same setup, but no where did it explicitly state that they don't work w/ one another - at least not from the VERY few (try 7) threads that I found on the ENTIRE forum that contain the word "OEM," "sideskirts," and "mudflaps"

PS: Gil, I'm still waiting on a reply to my PM from about 4 months ago

wait...i thought oem mudflaps are made out of rubber too.
its very fluexible.
i had a set of front and rear mud guards.
its seems POSSIBLE to fit the oem front guards with the rear section of the oem sideskirts... but whats the point..the oem skirts come with both the two parts.

Please notice I prefaced my comment about the material the mudflaps and skirts were made of by saying "according to Flybye..."
